When requesting a reference the information submitted by your referee will not be available to you although will be available to perspective employers revieiwng your online profile. By accepting this Pivacy Policy you accept that information submitted by referees on you at your request will not be available to you without permission from the referee.
We will only release information you have entered about yourself when you make it visible to potential employers by activating your profile online.
We give you the choice of making your information available in two stages, the first being when your basic resume details are viewable to be searched on, however your name and contact details will not be exposed. The second stage is when you are contacted by an employer, at which time you will be asked permission to release your full details to the employer. Only employers who have become members of Contract Monkey or persons employed by Contract Monkey will be able to contact you. To protect your privacy further we allow you to blacklist certain domain names, which you enter, from seeing you or your details when a search is made. We will endeavour to ensure that our search services are used only be employers or recruitment agencies seeking contractors or employees. We will terminate the use of our site by any business or person where we determine they are using Contract Monkey for anything other than seeking contractors or employees. Whilst we try to protect you as much as we reasonably can it is also your responsibility to protect your information by maintaining the confidentiality of your login name and password.
